Winning is easy: Just swipe your Club Serrano card at any of our Casino kiosks to unlock your prize.
Members may redeem once per promotional day and swipe between 10am-7:50pm. If Free Play is won, it will automatically be uploaded to each member's account. First selections are final. Prizes are non-transferable. Members must insert their Club Serrano card into any slot machine after receiving their prize before 11:59pm to activate their Free Play prize.

- *Upon redeeming at the appropriate location, each winner will randomly select 1 of 1,000 items, for a chance of up to $10,000 in cash.
- First selections are final. Prizes are non-transferable and non-replaceable.
- *If more than 1 item is drawn, all items must be returned, and the selection will be voided. The items will then be shuffled, and the participant will draw again.
- All Free Play is valid for 24 hours.
