Treat your palate to sophisticated flavors that are complemented with a wide variety of wines to enhance the tasting experience of dining in the Pines Modern Steakhouse.
Some of the flavors you’ll savor include shrimp salad with cucumber, watermelon radish, mango and avocado served with a citrus honey vinaigrette and paired with a Hess Chardonnay. Your second course will feature pan-seared duck breast with pinot cherry gastrique, parsnip puree and roasted heirloom beets coupled with a Hess Central Coast Pinot Noir. And if you’re not sold yet, how about herb-roasted prime rib with caramelized Cipolloini onions, crispy Brussel sprouts, with truffle butter pommel puree, paired with a Hess Cabernet Sauvignon.
