Executive Chef Jerrold Brooks Joins San Manuel
Gaming Industry Veteran To Take Over Culinary Duties At California’s Most Trafficked Casino

San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino has recently appointed Mississippi native Jerrold Brooks as Executive Chef. In his role as Executive Chef, Brooks will bring his culinary knowledge, developed over nearly 20 years and multiple casino properties, to further enhance the cuisine of San Manuel’s food and beverage outlets.
Chef Brooks has served as the Executive Chef of the Ameristar Casino Hotel in Vicksberg, MS, Coushatta Casino Resort in Kinder, LA, and Sam’s Town Tunica in Robinsonville, MS. Brooks brings with him a wealth of knowledge in developing amazing culinary programs geared towards a wide variety of guests.

Chef Brooks’ expertise isn’t limited to casino fare, with several top finishes in the Memphis Kosher BBQ competition, Chef Brooks has also performed cooking demonstrations at food festivals, and served as a volunteer at a Memphis public school vocational culinary program.
